1-Year Limited Warranty

Solemoon stands behind the quality of our handcrafted collars, leashes, and pet accessories. We’re committed to ensuring your products are as durable and beautiful as they are soulful. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our products, beginning on the day your items are delivered.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers craftsmanship issues and material defects that arise under normal use within the warranty period. If you experience issues such as:

• Fraying or splitting of woven materials
• Broken or malfunctioning hardware (buckles, D-rings, clips, etc.)
• Structural failures not caused by misuse

We will gladly repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered

Because our pieces are lovingly handmade and meant for everyday use, some natural wear is expected over time. Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by chewing
• Damage from excessive pulling or using the product as a tie-out
• Damage due to constant water exposure (like swimming, pools, or ocean use)
• Stains, fading, or damage from misuse or improper care

How to Start a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, email us at support@solemoonpets.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your claim within 3-5 business days and guide you through the next steps. If the issue is covered, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product to us for repair or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on items that are:

• Unused and unaltered
• In their original packaging
• Requested within 30 days of delivery

Please note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at support@solemoonpets.com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• Whether you’d prefer a store credit or refund

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your request. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a shipping label for your return.

Shipping Costs

For refunds, the original shipping cost is not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount. For exchanges, we’ll issue store credit so you can pick out a new style that better suits your pet.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping costs) or provide store credit if requested. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Payment: Payment must be received in full before we ship your order. We accept major credit cards and payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states within the USA. Shipping fees are based on the weight of your order and delivery speed, as outlined on our Shipping page.
Free Shipping: Orders over $70 qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Times: We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and chosen shipping option.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns: We accept returns of unused and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges: Exchanges are available within the same 30-day window. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
